Content policy

Advertising rules.

These rules govern all advertisements on Liberads. Ads must meet these standards, the target spot's own policy, and applicable law.

General standards

All ads must:

  • Be truthful, accurate and not misleading.
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Respect intellectual property (no stolen logos, images or content).
  • Function properly: working links, valid images, no broken resources.
  • Match their declared content category and policy flags.
  • Suit the target spot's audience and policies.

Prohibited content

Illegal activity & harm

  • Illegal products, services or activities
  • Counterfeit goods or pirated software
  • Hacking tools, malware or harmful software
  • Child exploitation or endangerment
  • Human trafficking or exploitation
  • Violence, threats or incitement to harm

Adult & age-restricted

  • Explicit adult content: prohibited on all spots
  • Suggestive content: only on spots that allow it
  • Adult products: require age verification
  • Escort services or similar offerings

Regulated substances

  • Tobacco, e-cigarettes and vaping products
  • Alcohol: requires age-gating and spot approval
  • Cannabis products, including CBD
  • Prescription drugs without proper licensing
  • Illegal drugs or paraphernalia
  • Supplements making drug-like health claims

Financial & crypto

  • Cryptocurrency and NFTs: spot-dependent
  • Get-rich-quick or pyramid schemes
  • Unregulated financial services
  • Predatory lending
  • Investments promising unrealistic returns
  • Forex trading without disclaimers

Weapons

Firearms, ammunition, explosives or other dangerous items.

Health fraud

Miracle cures, false medical claims, anti-vaccine misinformation.

Political

Political ads on spots that prohibit them; political misinformation anywhere.

Prohibited ad behaviours

Technical violations

  • Autoplay video or audio
  • Flashing animations (seizure risk)
  • Fake UI elements such as fake close buttons
  • Malicious redirects or pop-unders
  • Undisclosed measurement of any kind

Deceptive practices

  • Clickbait headlines
  • Phishing or social engineering
  • Brand impersonation
  • False scarcity tactics
  • Hidden costs or bait-and-switch

Spot policies

Each spot can set its own flags for:

  • Adult content: is suggestive (non-explicit) material allowed?
  • Political advertising: candidate or issue ads?
  • Child-friendly: all-ages content only?
  • Gambling and betting
  • Crypto and NFTs
  • Dating services

Check the spot's flags before submitting. An ad allowed on one spot may be rejected on another.

Quality standards

  • Images: clear, properly sized, not pixelated
  • Text: readable, proper contrast, correct grammar
  • Links: working URLs, HTTPS preferred
  • Branding: consistent with a legitimate business
  • Formats: PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP

Balance held, not charged, while the ad waits for review.

Checked against these rules and the spot's own policy.

Approval

Hold charged, ad goes live for the booked duration.

Rejection

Hold released in full, reason shown in your dashboard.

Approval is not guaranteed. We and our partners can reject any ad for policy violations, quality concerns or legal risk.

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Ad rejection with explanation (first-time or minor issues)
  • Account warning for repeated issues
  • Suspension for serious violations
  • Permanent ban for illegal content, fraud or severe abuse
  • Balance forfeiture for fraudulent activity
  • Legal action where content breaks the law or causes harm

Appeals

If your ad was rejected and you believe it complies:

  1. Read the rejection reason in your dashboard.
  2. Check these rules and the spot's own policy.
  3. Still confident? Email contact@bealdor.com.
  4. Include the ad ID, spot ID and why you believe it complies.

Appeal decisions are usually final. Repeated frivolous appeals may restrict your account.
