Liberads is a self-serve ad marketplace that connects advertisers with website owners (we call them partners). You can buy ad space to promote your site or project, or just to share something fun with a community you care about. Think of it as a friendlier, more transparent alternative to the usual ad networks.

• No behavioural profiling or cross-site tracking. Placements may use clearly disclosed aggregate click counting where a site enables it, and nothing more.
• JavaScript-free ads. Our ads work even with JavaScript disabled.
• Owner control. Partners choose what appears on their sites.
• Transparent. You see exactly where your ad will appear and what it costs.

No. You can explore available spots, check pricing and see what each one accepts on the public marketplace without signing up. You only need an account when you are ready to submit an ad.

2. Browse available spots and pick one that fits your audience.
3. Upload your ad image and set your destination link.
4. Choose how long the ad should run.
5. Submit for review.

Your balance is held, not charged, while the partner reviews the ad. Approved, it goes live. Rejected, the hold is returned in full.

Your Liberads balance is prepaid. £1 added equals £1 available to spend on approved placements. You top up by card or PayPal, then spend the balance on spots. Unused balance stays in your account and does not expire while the account is open.

If your ad is rejected, the held amount goes straight back to your balance. Once an ad is approved and goes live, that spend is final, the same way a TV slot cannot be refunded after it airs. If a technical error on our side affects your ad, we will make it right.

Most ads are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the partner's schedule. You get an email when your ad is approved or rejected.

Your balance is released automatically and the rejection reason appears in your dashboard. Common reasons are policy conflicts, image quality problems or broken links. Fix the issue and resubmit whenever you like.

Yes. Once created, an ad can be submitted to as many spots as you like. Each submission is reviewed separately, so it may be approved on one spot and rejected on another with different policies.

The short version: nothing illegal, no explicit adult content, no scams, no malware. Each spot also has its own policy flags, for example no political ads or no crypto. The full rules have the details.

By default, yes: every submission comes to you for review, so only ads you are comfortable with appear on your site. If you prefer, you can configure a spot for platform moderation and we handle reviews for you.

You set the price per duration for each spot. When an ad is approved and runs, you earn the majority of that revenue and we take a small platform fee. Sites with more traffic and a clear audience tend to attract more bookings.

Once your available earnings reach £25, you can request a payout. Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe Connect or PayPal, configured in your partner dashboard in a few minutes.

No. Ads are generated server-side and served as plain HTML and images. You add one simple snippet to your page and it works everywhere, including entirely JavaScript-free sites.

Yes. You choose the ad size (common IAB standard sizes are supported), the position on your page, and basic styling so the placement matches your layout.

You can pause or remove any ad at any time from your dashboard. If an ad turns problematic after approval, pause it and let us know; we will investigate.

No. There is no cross-site tracking and no third-party advertising cookies. The only cookies are essential ones (keeping you logged in) and opt-in ones (remember me). The privacy page lists every single one.

Payment details are handled by Stripe and PayPal, both PCI-compliant processors. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Only what the platform needs to run: your email, account activity (submissions, approvals, revenue) and security logs. We do not sell your data. The privacy page has the full breakdown.

Common IAB standard sizes: 728×90 leaderboard, 468×60 banner, 300×250 medium rectangle, 160×600 wide skyscraper and 125×125 button. Partners can also create custom sizes; check the spot's specification before creating your ad.

PNG, JPG, GIF and WebP. Keep files under about 500KB for fast loading. Animated GIFs are allowed unless a spot prohibits them.

Not currently. All ads are hosted and served through Liberads so that privacy, security and the no-JavaScript guarantee hold everywhere.

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe, and PayPal. Choose whichever you prefer at checkout.

Usually insufficient funds, a typo in the card details, or your bank's fraud checks. Double-check the details and retry, or try the other payment method.

Every top-up generates a receipt sent to your email, and your full purchase history is in the dashboard under billing history.

Depends on your location. Where we are required to collect tax, the exact amount is shown before you complete the purchase.

Yes. Many advertisers here are indie developers and creators promoting their own projects. As long as the ad follows the rules and the spot's policy, you are good.

Generally yes, provided the promoted product complies with the rules, the ad is honest about where it leads, and the destination is not spammy. Some spots exclude affiliate ads, so check the policy flags.

Spot-dependent. Look for the political advertising flag on each spot. Where allowed, political ads must still avoid misinformation, voter suppression and hate speech.

A first or minor issue usually just means a rejection with an explanation. Repeat violations bring account warnings; serious ones (illegal content, fraud, severe abuse) mean suspension or a ban. The aim is a safe platform, not punishment.
